All is not well in the City of Hillsdale, and there are many answers that you, as a resident, need to be demanding of several government officials.  Here are but a few.  Don't back down until you get the correct responses.  You'll know them when you hear them, and excuses about why all of this is okay are not included in that list.

Clerk Question, Center City Project Dominate Discussion at Council Meeting

Several agenda items were addressed by the Hillsdale City Council at their regular meeting on Monday night, but the two that generated the most discussion were the continuing debate of the validity of the August 4th city clerk ballot question and the development of a new apartment complex for seniors.

City Chooses New Law Firm

With the retirement of Lew Loren effective on August 15th, the City of Hillsdale sent out a request for qualifications and bids from law firms to replace the former City Attorney, and at Monday night's regular City Council meeting, a new firm was selected.
